Highland Park, Texas (Sept. 18-22)

SEPTEMBER 18

Found Property
A 76-year-old resident reported at 9:47 a.m. that a bicycle was left in an easement in the 4300 block of Edmondson Avenue.

Theft
A 61-year-old resident reported that the "cast-iron cover, utilized to cover the water sprinkler shut-off valves" was stolen from the alley behind her residence between 9 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. in the 3100 block of Beverly Drive.

SEPTEMBER 19

Theft
A 67-year-old resident of University Park, who is the realtor for a residence in the 3600 block of Normandy Avenue, reported that an unknown man attended a "realtors only showing" of the house and was caught looking through the drawers in the master bathroom around 9:45 a.m., and after he left it was discovered that a bottle of prescription pain medication was missing from the bathroom.

SEPTEMBER 21

Damage to Town Property
A 30-year-old resident of Euless reportedly was driving a tractor-trailer that struck a tree limb at 1:30 p.m. in the 4300 block of Mockingbird Lane, causing the tree limb to break and fall on the cab of the vehicle.

SEPTEMBER 22

Vehicle Burglary
A 56-year-old resident reported that he left his 2013 Nissan Altima unlocked while he went inside PK's Fine Wines and Spirits in the 4100 block of Lomo Alto Drive for about 15 minutes, and when he returned $240 in cash was missing from the vehicle.

Theft
A 51-year-old resident reported that his bicycle, which was unsecured, was stolen from the driveway of his residence between 2:30 p.m. and 5 p.m. in the 4400 block of Edmondson Avenue.
