Tanya Foster wearing LOFT, Avara, and Z Supply

Happy Monday! Did everyone have a good weekend? A couple of weeks ago I talked about affordable fashion under $100, and it did so well that today I want to focus on more of my recent summer fashion finds under $100. These pieces look like high-end designer, but at a fraction of the price. I love mixing high and low with fashion.Let's take a look!

Summer Fashion Finds Under $100

Tanya Foster in Avara blouse and jeans

Tanya Foster in Avara printed blouse and jeans

Let's start with some gorgeous blouses. This pink lace blouse (size S) is such a great color for summer, plus I love the feminine lace details. Another fabulous top is this palm print blouse (size S). It is the perfect top for summer nights out or vacation. I styled them with these jeans (fit TTS), which are some of my favorite fits for summer. You could also style these tops with white jeans or shorts.

Unique Father's Day gifts

Father’s Day is Sunday, June 21. You have a little over two weeks to get the man in your life a gift. Whether you’re shopping for your dad, son, father-in-law, grandfather, husband…  I’ve curated the perfect list for them all. Shop the photo above by clicking on the image or shop more of my favorite unique Father's Day gifts in the boutique below. Also, I have listed the top 10 best sellers from May, so be sure and scroll all the way through!

Unique Father's Day Gifts

It may not be one of the most unique Father's Day gifts, but a nice dress shirt is a really easy gift that never fails. Another classic option is a nice performance polo. Gift them with these versatile stretch performance shorts that can be worn to work, golf or even a summer BBQ. They come in several color options. Pair your gift with white sneakers or Sperry's and a belt to give him a complete look. Now he just needs a hat.

I know that shopping for clothing for a man can be difficult. Sometimes they can be a little picky, so it's easier to gift them with unique items for everyday use. An Apple Watch or this leather watch band is a gift he will love. Another new and popular item is the Embr Wave Thermal Wristband. It regulates temperature and sleep. A nice wallet is another gift most men need, but won't buy for themselves. Every man also uses a razor, so a luxury razor set is a great gift idea. For some fun, throw in this 'man bar' soap and other luxury toiletries like cologne. Another scent-related items is this car fragrance purifier. It gives your car that new and fresh car scent.

For the man who works from home, this temperature controlled mug will be his new favorite gadget. If he is a coffee lover, then he needs an elevated coffee machine, like this Jura automatic coffee machine. It's currently on trend because of the quality of coffee it makes. If he is more of a travels often for work guy, this hanging travel kit is a great gift.

Now let's check out some fun options. A great gift idea is to give him framed wall art that matches his interests. He may also need the gift of relaxation, in which case, I recommend this massage gun. And since it's summertime, a new swimsuit or outdoor patio furniture are other great ideas. And of course, if he loves grilling in the summertime, getting him a luxury grilling set is a must!

Elta MD tinted sunscreen

Today I want to talk about my absolute summer essential: sunscreen! Ever since my skin cancer scare, I will not leave my house without sunscreen, especially in the summertime. It has become my non-negotiable, which is why I want to look at my go-to daily sunscreen that's not only dermatologist recommended, but also so lightweight that you won't even know you're wearing it! Daily sunscreen is one of the best habits you can build into your skincare routine, and finding a formula you genuinely enjoy wearing makes all the difference.

EltaMD

I think a lot of people still associate sunscreen with beach vacations or long summer pool days, but daily SPF is truly an everyday essential regardless of the season or weather. It’s one of the easiest ways to help protect your skin from sun damage while also supporting your overall skincare routine. What I personally love about EltaMD is that the formulas feel so lightweight and give your skin a natural glow. Some sunscreens can feel greasy, thick, or overly heavy under makeup, but the EltaMD formulas are lightweight, comfortable, and easy to incorporate into your morning routine.

One of their sunscreen products that I reach for most often is the EltaMD Tinted UV AOX Elements Broad-Spectrum SPF 50. The tinted version gives the skin such a pretty, natural-looking skin tone while still feeling super lightweight. It’s perfect for casual days running errands, travel days, or weekends when I want a quick foundation layer without putting on make-up. It truly blends in with every skin tone!

Somedays I prefer an untinted sunscreen, which is when EltaMD UV Clear Untinted SPF 46 is ideal. This sunscreen also feels incredibly lightweight on the skin and blends in beautifully without leaving my skin feeling sticky or overloaded with product. Plus, it also layers well with makeup. It’s the kind of SPF you actually want to reapply because it feels so nice on the skin. The formula is also designed for blemish-prone and sensitive skin types, which makes it such a great everyday option for so many people.

If you are experiencing redness or skin sensitivity, then the EltaMD Green Tint UV Skin Recovery SPF 50 is a must. It's a 100% mineral sunscreen, but still maintains the lightweight texture as the other sunscreens. It neutralizes and calms the appearance of your skin, making it best for those who have sensitive skin or are post-procedure. Their products also come in a UV broad spectrum stick and mist option, so there's an option for everyone. They even carry UV Broad Spectrum Lip Balm!

Another reason I’ve become such a fan of the EltaMD is because of their skincare-focused ingredient blend. I actually was first recommended to use EltaMD by my dermatologist years ago because of how excellent their sunscreen is for skin. It is made of niacinamide to help improve the appearance of skin tone, hyaluronic acid for hydration, and vitamin E for antioxidant support. I love when skincare and sun protection work together because it makes your skincare routine easier! Application is simple. Just use it like a moisturizer and put it on as a base before your make-up.

Besides sunscreen, you also need other skincare essentials when enjoying sunshine. This sunhat and sunglasses are my go-to's if I will be in the sun for any prolonged period of time. Also, don't forget to apply sunscreen on your feet and hands! Wearing flip flops instantly exposes your feet and driving will cause sun damage to your hands. You can never be too careful, especially in the harsh summer sun.

This summer, let's all agree to use sunscreen as part of our daily skincare routine. Shop more of my EltaMD SPF essentials below! xoxo - Tanya

Happy J U N E! We're officially into the summer months, so today let's look at some elevated summer basics that I know you will wear all summer long. These spring to summer transitional looks will take you through summer and even into early fall. My key to transitioning from spring to summer well? Neutral colors, lightweight fabrics, and light layering pieces. This allows you to look the part while being prepared for any weather.

Elevated Summer Basics

One piece that makes transitioning easy? Dresses. A perfect dress for all summer long is this linen midi dress (size S). I love the classic style. Plus, the linen is perfect for the heat. it comes in seven great color choices. If you like a fun print for summertime, then this gingham mini dress or this gingham shirtdress are the perfect options for you. Wear it to your next lunch or add heels for date night.

Since this can be a tricky time of year weather-wise, it's always a good idea to have a few versatile sweaters. This way if you experience a chilly morning or are in a freezing air conditioned space, you are prepared. In Texas it will be 100 degrees outside, but 60 inside so I always like to have a cardigan draped over my shoulders just in case, like this cropped cardigan sweater (size S). Another lightweight easy style is this cropped cardigan sweater (size S). I love the cute style and neutral colors. Plus, they both come in several color options.

It's also a good idea to have some easy throw-on pieces you can wear on repeat. If you're more of a T-shirt gal, then this mocha striped T-shirt (size S) is a must this season. I love the neutral print and casual style. You also need the perfect pants for this season. Pair your top with a lightweight pant, like these ecru mid rise jeans. The lighter color gives them a summer feel without the pants being too heavy or warm.

Don't forget about your accessories! This mini leather satchel is a gorgeous everyday bag that's the perfect neutral. You also need a great everyday sandal, like these leather slide sandals. And of course you need a chic pair of designer sunglasses.

Make it a great day!   xoxo - Tanya

everything under $100 spring and summer fashion pieces

Happy Friday, friends! As we dive into summer, I’ve rounded up some affordable and stylish finds that will take you right through the season. Today’s post is all about spring and summer essentials, and the best part is: everything is under $100! From clothing and shoes to accessories and home decor, I’ve found the perfect pieces to refresh your wardrobe and home without splurging. And, I’ve also included my Five Friday Finds — a curated list of the things I’m loving right now. These are perfect for treating yourself at the start of a new season. You’ll find all the shopping links in the boutique below!

____

Everything Under $100

When I’m looking to update my wardrobe for a new season, I love incorporating accessories. They’re a quick and affordable way to freshen things up. This season, I’m obsessed with this canvas and faux leather bag. It’s cute and versatile! Another summer essential is a pair of sunglasses. They add instant polish to any outfit. This pair looks high-end designer but is under $100.

Shoes are another category I love to update, and these braided slide sandals are a must-have. Trendy yet budget-friendly, they’re the perfect way to step into summer without breaking the bank. I’m also loving a good summer flat like these woven Mary Janes for under $100. They’re the easiest way to elevate your closed-toe shoe game, while still being breathe-able for warm weather.

Now, let’s talk about wardrobe staples. Everyone needs a chic summer dress, and this striped belted midi dress is a winner. It’s so versatile and the perfect put together dress to easily dress up or down depending on the occasion. Another classic summer style is this linen shift dress. It's a staple wardrobe piece that can be worn as is, with layers, and everything in between.

For tops, this embroidered shirt is one of my favorites. It’s versatile, flattering, and a great elevated take on a basic tee. And don’t overlook the cardigan! It’s perfect for spring and summer, whether you’re layering it over a sundress or casually tossing it over your shoulders for that effortless, put-together vibe.

You also need to make sure you have a stylish pair of linen-blend dress shorts. This pair is so chic compared to the usual short. Plus, the Bermuda length is great if you want more coverage. You also have to have a great pair of white wide leg jeans. It is a must for summertime, so why not get a pair that's under $100?

Lastly, let's look at home finds under $100. How cute is this woven rickrack charger?? It's an easy and affordable way to elevate your tablescape game. I also love this wood shadow box to use as a tray or decorative piece on a coffee table, foyer table, kitchen counter, and more. Target, especially their Hearth & Hand with Magnolia brand, is my go-to for chic home pieces that don't break the bank.

Five Friday Finds

A curated roundup of what I’m loving this week

I thought it was the perfect time to share a few fabulous finds ... some for you, some to gift, and some that simply make life a little more beautiful. These are pieces I’d wear, use, or display myself.

1. Madewell Barrel-Leg Jeans

I absolutely love these Madewell Darted Barrel-Leg Jeans — they offer the perfect mix of comfort and style with a relaxed fit and flattering high-rise waist. They give me that easy, cool vibe while still looking put together enough for everyday wear.
Tanya’s Tip: Pair them with a tucked-in blouse for a chic look, or go casual with a simple tee and sneakers for the weekend.

2. OneSkin OS-01 Body Topical Supplement

I’ve been using the OneSkin OS-01 Body Topical Supplement for a year now and it’s truly a game-changer. It targets crepey skin, fine lines, and loss of firmness, giving my skin a smoother, more youthful look. Plus, it's under $100. I talked about this on Instagram Stories and it instantly became one of my top sellers!
Tanya’s Tip: I apply it daily to my arms and décolletage areas. It’s a must for keeping skin feeling firm and radiant.

3. Tory Burch Kira Straw Shoulder Bag

A classic raffia or straw handbag is always a good investment, and the Tory Burch Kira bag is a perfect example. It’s structured, sophisticated, and perfect for everyday summer wear, no matter where your life or travels take you.
Tanya’s Tip: Think of a straw back as a neutral handbag in the summertime. It goes with everything and can be your everyday bag throughout the season.

4. Hotel Lobby Candle – Signature Scent

I’m always on the hunt for the perfect candle, and this Hotel Lobby Candle smells like pure luxury. It has a warm, elegant, and fresh scent that makes any space feel like a five-star hotel.
Tanya’s Tip: Light it in your entryway to set the tone for your guests the moment they walk in.

5. Anthropologie Floral Ceramic Vase

This floral ceramic vase from Anthropologie adds a pop of personality to any room. The unique design makes it a standout piece, whether you fill it with fresh blooms or use it as a décor accent.
Tanya’s Tip: Fill it with white hydrangeas for an instant summer refresh — it’ll brighten any space!

____

I hope these finds inspire you to treat yourself or someone special this season! Everything I’ve shared today is under $100, and I truly believe that great style doesn’t have to come with a high price tag.

Enjoy the beautiful weather this weekend, and be sure to check out the boutique for more of my favorite spring and summer essentials.

xoxo – Tanya

When it comes to summer travel style, I always look for pieces that are lightweight, versatile, and easy to pack without sacrificing style. Whether you’re headed to the beach, Europe, or simply planning weekend getaways, these are the kinds of looks that make vacation dressing easy. Let's take a look!

We all need versatile pieces that don't take up a lot of space when traveling. The more lightweight, the better! This red printed shell and midi skirt set (size S) are such standout summer pieces, and perfect for packing. I love the classic print and flattering silhouette. It feels elevated while still being comfortable enough for warm-weather travel days. The lightweight fabric makes it easy to pack, and it’s one of those sets you can wear for lunch by the pool, sightseeing, or dinner out with a quick change of accessories. You can swap out the skirt for shorts or a solid colored skirt, and the shell for a solid colored top or tank top. This makes it great for packing because of the endless outfit combinations. If you're looking for a printed dress, the print also comes in this gorgeous midi dress option. I'm also in love with this pleated shirtdress for summer.

Another packable favorite is this navy maxi dress (size S). If you’re looking for an easy throw-on-and-go piece, this is it! The relaxed silhouette makes it incredibly comfortable for travel days, while the darker color keeps it feeling chic and timeless. I especially love this style with T-strap sandals and a straw tote bag for an easy summer outfit that works for everything from resort mornings to casual dinners. Just add a straw hat for a leisurely day exploring a new city. It’s the kind of versatile dress you’ll end up reaching for all season long.

Accessories are also key when packing for summer trips. A great leather-trim straw tote, oversized sunglasses, and comfortable but elevated sandals instantly pull simple outfits together without taking up too much suitcase space. Shop more of my top travel shoes great for packing here.

Memorial Day Weekend Style

Let's look at my top picks for summer. These white denim shorts are so cute and a great option for a longer short. Pair them with this red collared blouse or one of the many options I have shown below. If you're going to the coast or somewhere that can get chilly, then you'll want this Americana sweater. It's the perfect layer for summer. I wear mine all the time. I also just got this flag sweater for under $40 and it's so good. These looks all go well with either shorts or white jeans. Check out more of my white jean picks in this post.

If you’re more of a dress gal like me, this striped shirtdress is so cute and perfect for an everyday summer look. I'm also loving this sailor-striped midi skirt to pair with a white, red, or navy top for your weekend summer parties. More favorites include this striped tank dress, this shell embroidered maxi dress, and this red gingham dress for under $100. Make sure to scroll past the sales to see even more dress options.

For some fun footwear, grab these red and white braided sandals. You'll also need these buckle slide sandals in your summer wardrobe. I also love these slide sandals for a lower price point option. If you're going for a more sporty-chic look, these sneakers are perfect. You can really pair them with any summer look.

Don't forget about the accessories...adding some nautical pieces to your summer wardrobe is so chic. This red cord seashell necklace is perfect for Memorial Day, July 4th, or any event you have this summer. A fun shell print hair scarf is another fun addition to your summer wardrobe. I also love a gorgeous bag for summer, and this red and white woven mini tote bag is too perfect.

If you're hosting a pool party then you'll need this inflatable pool float and this inflatable pool lounger. You'll definitely need this woven beverage tub, these adorable rickrack trim chargers, and a cute melamine serving plate.

You also need a cute swimsuit. This red gingham one-piece is super cute and so flattering. Just add sunglasses and sunscreen!

Have a great holiday weekend! We're taking Monday off so we will see you back here on Wednesday. Enjoy!

Tanya foster wearing tuckernuck blazer and shorts on a Regent Cruise

Kronberg Castle Denmark

Summer is around the corner and I know travel is on everyone's radar. I keep thinking about our incredible Regent Seven Seas Cruise through the North and Baltic Seas we did in June 2023—it was truly a trip to remember! You can read more about our full itinerary and experience here. I get asked about packing lists a lot so today, I’m sharing what to pack for a Northern European cruise. Since we traveled so far north, the temperatures were cooler, and our excursions included lots of sightseeing and walking. That meant I needed outfits that were not only stylish but also practical and comfortable. Keep reading for expert packing tips and the ultimate Northern European cruise packing list!

I did have Lexi Dennis help me style outfits after I was done shopping to get ready for the cruise. She is so good at putting outfits together and coming up with a strategy before you pack. If you are in the Dallas area, she is a great stylist to work with. You can watch her work to put my outfits together in this video. One of the first things she advises to do is to check the weather of your destination about two weeks before the trip. This really helps with packing. The name of the game is be prepared to layer.

Regent Cruise dress code is no jeans after 6 PM. Pete and I would always change for dinner. Since the temperature didn't matter onboard, I wore dresses and chic pant combinations. Pete had jackets, collared shirts and slacks for outfit options. I wore everything I packed for the trip so I consider that a huge victory!

I have several more helpful packing posts that might be helpful. If you are headed to the Mediterranean, check out this post with more summertime looks (think Rome, Barcelona, islands and F1 race in Monoco). We recently returned from Greece and Turkey so this post might be helpful.

Northern European Cruise Packing List

Specific items to pack:

Outerwear: A wind and waterproof jacket. It can be rainy and you don't want to miss anything. Base Layers: Tops, shirts, and bottoms made of performance fabrics like polyester or nylon.  Warm Layers: Sweaters, cardigans, and potentially fleece-lined jackets or vests.  Footwear: Comfortable walking shoes are a must for excursions and cobblestone roads! Dressy shoes are great on the ship.Be sure to read THIS BLOG POST to help you round up the best shoes for travel
Accessories: A hat, scarf, sunglasses and and crossbody bag.
Casual Wear: Dresses, skirts, pants, and casual shirts for day-to-day activities. I pack jeans too. Dressy Attire: If your cruise has formal nights, pack appropriate outfits. Ours did not be there was a dress code. Swimsuit and Cover-up: If you plan to use the ship's pool. Don't forget your sunscreen!
Undergarments and Pajamas: Essential for comfort.

Tanya Foster wearing cozy earth loungewear set and denim jacket

Let's start with my travel look for a long haul flight. A super soft loungewear set from Cozy Earth is the best. Right now, get 40% OFF with code CE-TANYA for a limited time! You can shop HERE. I am in a size S. I styled it with a denim jacket (size S) and sneakers for a pulled together that's still comfortable enough to sleep on the plane.

Tanya Foster wearing Tuckernuck linen blazer and shorts with Dior handbag

This was the perfect bon voyage look as we set sail! A double-breasted blazer is so chic and can we worn year round. It paired perfectly with these black linen high-waisted shorts. They are made out of a linen blend so they're great for summer. I am in a size S blazer and shorts.

Tanya Foster wearing denim jacket, nude tank and j. crew white jeans with chanel flats and dior handbag

This easy summer look is what I wore on our first night in London before we embarked. These white wide-leg jeans are a great fit and style. I'm in a size 6. I styled it with a simple tank top and a light wash denim jacket.

Tanya Foster wearing mother hustler jeans, tod loafers, cuyana wrap and talbots perfect shirt

We had a chillier day, so layers were key. A cashmere travel wrap was the perfect weight and easy to carry around once the temperatures warmed up. It comes in tons of color choices. Pair it over a classic button down shirt and jeans. Then of course you need great walking shoes, like these suede Tod driving loafers. They are featured in my 10 best travel shoes blog. So chic!

Tanya Foster wearing sh*t I knit sweater, veronica beard tee, mother jeans and tod loafers

Another perfect, casual everyday look for your journey. Wear a white tee underneath a crewneck sweater so you can easily drape it over your shoulders and still have a chic look. When it got chilly, I wore the sweater over the tee.

Tanya Foster wearing sezane paris soleil t-shirt, gap cargo pants, banana republic belt bag and new balance sneakers

Tanya Foster wearing new balance sneakers

The perfect look for exploring! Khaki cargo pants are so flattering and a current trend. Plus, they're under $60. I paired it with a graphic T-shirt for a cute and comfortable look. For shoes, New Balance sneakers are super trendy plus so comfortable. I am obsessed. Don't forget a leather belt bag. It's a must-have for traveling, especially long walking days.

Tanya Foster wearing tuckernuck dress, lululemon belt bag and on cloud sneakers

You need a sundress that is versatile. I wore it both for walking around and dinner one night. I also love this linen shirtdress for a great summer travel dress.

You also need a casual workout look in case you want to hit the gym or just want a comfortable look for on board. These lululemon leggings and define jacket are some of my favorites as well as this sports bra. I love the front zipper so it's easy to get on and off. I wear size M in the sports bra and size 6 leggings.

Think dresses, white denim, raffia accessories, and lightweight layers that work for everything from lunch with friends to vacation dinners. Today, I’ve rounded up my favorite spring-to-summer transitional outfits, all looks that feel classic, chic, and easy to mix into your everyday wardrobe this season. These pieces are also great for travel because you can mix and match them several different ways. Some of you may remember these looks from our Chico's LIVE segments! We have our next one on June 3rd at 3PM CST, so be sure and tune in on either Chico's Instagram or Facebook feed.

For sizing purposes, we both wear a Chico's size 0, which translates to a regular size 4. I size down a half size in their shoes.

Hello summer! We are beach ready in these styles. I'm wearing this palm printed no-iron blouse and shorts combo. I love an all-print look for travel, but you could easily mix and match these pieces with solid white or denim. Laura is wearing this red no-iron blouse and these lightweight wide-leg capris (fit is relaxed). Style these looks with beach-y accessories like this seashell crossbody, these seashell sandals, espadrille slides, and this metallic straw sun hat.

Let's talk summer outfit inspiration. Memorial Day Weekend is just around the corner, which means summer is almost here, bringing lots of travel and outdoor events. I am definitely looking forward to lots of pool time, patio cocktails and dinners al fresco. I've been talking a lot about travel recently - from Texas travel destinations, to best travel shoes, and travel gadgets and essentials. If you have upcoming vacations or summer events, planning your looks is also a must and this blog post is here to help.

Summer Outfit Inspiration

If you’re heading out to grab some much needed Vitamin D, the first must-have is a high-quality swimsuit. I love this ruched one-piece swimsuit. It's such a flattering style and gorgeous color. Plus, you can choose to wear it with straps or go strapless for better tanlines. I linked more options below or read HERE for the best swimsuits of 2026. Just add this eyelet cover-up to take you to and from the pool or beach.

Summer means many dinners al fresco, so make sure you have something stylish, but lightweight and comfortable. This printed mini sundress is both beautiful and comfortable. Plus, the print is so fun. Wear it with these gold wrap sandals to complete your look. You also need a cute and casual look. These coastal chino shorts are a must-have for summer time. They're so versatile and could be worn as a casual summer look or for an upscale, summer style. For a laidback look, pair them with this classic linen blouse and wicker basket tote everyday.

Now for accessories…if you're planning many days poolside then flip flops, sunglasses, sunscreen and a fabulous hat are a must. Next, you’ll want at least one summer-inspired jewelry like these gold seashell earrings. They are the epitome of summer!

If you're hosting this summer, you will need summer tablescape pieces. Something that I recommend are these lemon placemats. They're so cute and the epitome of summer. You will also need these shell linen cocktail napkins and these beaded tumblers. Cheers! Now you're ready for happy hour.
