Like a premium single malt, some things just get better with age. Bentley Dallas, Platinum Homes and Allie Beth Allman/URBAN recently celebrated Bentley’s centenary at #4 Regency Row in the Ritz-Carlton Residences Dallas, featuring the new 2020 Bentley Continental GT.

Designed by renowned architect Robert A.M. Stern, the fourth and final of the stately manor homes of Regency Row at The Tower Residences at The Ritz-Carlton Dallas offers an unrivaled experience. The elegant masonry and wrought iron exteriors echo a classical era of luxury and refinement. While within, the home is uniquely designed and finished to provide all the accouterments for modern living, including a personal elevator for easy access to all four stories, from the private garages to rooftop terraces. Regency Row #4 is shown by appointment only. Contact Kyle Crews at 972-407-2591 or kyle.crews@alliebeth.com.

Guests savored resplendent bites from the Ritz-Carlton and celebratory sips of Glenfiddich Grand Cru, a single Malt scotch aged 23 years in oak casks and finished in rare French cuvée casks, paired with cigars and sweet temptations by Chocolate Secrets.

Thanks to an all-aluminum exterior, the 2020 Bentley GT is lighter and more responsive than its predecessors. But the quality and craftsmanship are as remarkable as ever. Starting at $201,225 for the Coupe and $221,075 for the Convertible, the 542-horsepower/568 lb-ft of torque Grand Tourer offers a 4-liter, twin-turbocharged V-8 with an 8-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission to propel the beautiful 4,926-pound beast from 0-to-60 mph in 3.4 seconds. And it stops just as efficiently, going from 70 mph-to-0 in only 156 feet.  It is also available with a powerful W-12 engine, providing 626-hp/664-lb-ft of torque.

Regardless of engine or roof configuration, every GT has the same weight distribution: 55 percent on the front axle, 45 percent on the rear. The active stabilizer bars, all-wheel drive, and air suspension systems work together seamlessly to provide nimble handling and an amazingly comfortable drive.
