Two short plays, “Ten Ways to Survive the Zombie Apocalypse” and “No Body to Murder,” are being performed at Highland Park Middle School for four performances starting on Thursday, February 13 through Sunday, February 16.

It’s the end of the world and hordes of rampaging zombies are about to kill you.  What do you do?  Try your hand at kung fu against the undead?  Attempt to reason with creatures that would rather eat your brains that use them?   Turn to this handy and hilarious guide to survive the apocalypse! (Hint: sacrifice the weak is step number one)  A comedy written by Don Zolidis.

In No Body to Murder, when there is thunderstorm, an escaped convict named Menace on the loose and a dead body is found, a murder mystery ensues.  A play written by Edith Weiss.

The cast contains 35 Highland Park Middle School students led by Susan McCormick, HPMS Drama Director.

The performances of “Ten Ways to Survive the Zombie Apocalypse” and “No Body to Murder” are open to the public at Highland Park Middle School, 3555 Granada, Dallas, Texas 75205 for four performances on:

  • Thursday, February 13 at 7 p.m.
  • Friday, February 14 at 4 p.m.
  • Saturday, February 15 at 7 p.m.
  • Sunday, February 16 at 2 p.m.

Admission is $5 and tickets can purchased the day of the performance 30 minutes in advance, or tickets can be purchase in the school cafeteria the week of the production.
