Pilot Point is in high demand for new North Texas homeowners due to its proximity to Lake Ray Roberts and convenient commute to cities in Dallas, Denton and Collin counties. Now, Centurion American Development Group is bringing a range of contemporary and classic home options to a new generation of homeowners with the announcement of Bryson Ranch.

 

The 1,050-acre development sits north of Mobberly Road between Lights Ranch Rd. and Hames and will include approximately 3,000 lots ranging from 40-to 60-foot lots and plans to include an additional 120 25’x95’ townhome lots as well. Builders have already been contracted for the development and include DR Horton, Beazer, First Texas, Ashton Woods and M/I Homes.

 

 

 

Bryson Ranch will offer a wide range of amenities, including four amenity centers covering approximately 20-acres. Two of those centers will include resort-style pools and fitness centers. Other amenities are in the works and might include playgrounds, sports courts, park space and trails. Additional pocket parks will provide additional green space.

Centurion American plans to dedicate a 2-acre site for a future EMS facility in the development as well. Bryson Ranch will also be home to approximately 60-acres of commercial space and 60-acres of multifamily space which will be developed by other partners.

 

Bryson Ranch joins other Centurion American developments in Pilot Point, including Creekview and Mobberly Farms. Construction on Bryson Ranch is expected to begin in late 2024 with initial lot delivery slated for approximately early 2026.
