III Forks Chef Proprietor Chris Vogeli has long been known as one of Texas’ most knowledgeable creators of fabulous steaks and chops. However, the culinary all-star also has a wide-ranging repertoire of European cuisine, having trained on the continent following culinary school. At 6:30 p.m. Friday, April 26, Vogeli will join Executive Chef Datsun Jarrett in hosting a wine dinner dedicated to the flavors of Spain.

Guests at the wine dinner will enjoy six courses that promise to tantalize the tastebuds and transport diners to the vibrant culinary landscape of Spain. Each course is expertly paired with a classic Spanish wine.
