Highland Park ISD has canceled all of it's after-school activities and events for Tuesday because of the weather, according to a news release from the district.
"The Academy for Lifelong Learning's after-school care will continue," according to the news release. "Parents may pick up their students early or may wait until the usual dismissal times."
Earlier today, during the peak of the storm, each Highland Park campus made sure the students were sheltered in safe areas.
