Southern Methodist University will be hosting a free fashion show at 5 p.m. on Friday outside of the Owens Fine Arts Center as the final event of the university's Fashion Week.

The fashion show will feature "spring styles from The Shak at Stanely Korshak," and attendees will get the opportunity to meet SMU Style's Top 10 Stylish Students at the university.

SMU Fashion Week is meant to promote fashion awareness and education to students and the community, and it is being presented by the university's Fashion Media Program and Retail Club. This year's event lasts from March 26-30.

Other events that are going on as a part of Fashion Week include a Business and Fashion Panel discussion tonight and a Styling and Designing Panel tomorrow.
