The food truck craze is coming to University Park this weekend.

Ruthie's Rolling Cafe, a Dallas food truck that specializes in melt sandwiches, will be parked outside of Sacred Cigars in Snider Plaza from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. on Saturday.

Item's on the menu include The Classic, which is simply American cheese on Texas Toast bread; The Turkey Trot, which is turkey, bacon and cheddar on sourdough; and Ruthie's Patty Melt, which is hamburger, American cheese and caramelized onions on sourdough.

So, if you have a hankering for a melt sandwich or just want to try out a Dallas food truck, be sure stop by the shopping center tomorrow night.

Update (7:30 p.m. on April 28): The food truck is currently parked and selling food in front of the Wells Fargo building, which is next to Sacred Cigars, in Snider Plaza.
