Theft
A 40-year-old resident reported that someone stole a sterling silver picture frame, which had been delivered by UPS and was left on her front porch, between 5:42 p.m. and 7 p.m. in the 3500 block of Princeton Avenue.

Identity Theft
A 68-year-old resident, who lives in the 4200 block of Armstrong Parkway, reported that someone used her personal information to open several accounts between April 1-30.

Animal Bite
A 39-year-old resident reported that her four-year-old daughter was bitten by a Labrador, which belonged to the reporting person's cousin, causing a minor wound on the young girl's forearm after the girl grabbed the dog's food bowl while it was eating, at 3 p.m. in the 3600 block of Mockingbird Lane.

Identity Theft
A 70-year-old resident, who lives in the 4200 block of Lomo Alto Drive, reported that someone made an unauthorized purchase totaling $584.02 on her credit card around 4 p.m. on April 27.

MAY 1

Motor Vehicle Theft
A 76-year-old resident reported that someone stole a rental car from in front of her residence, which was used by her son, who lives in Corona Del Mar, California, between 5 a.m. and 6 a.m. on April 30 in the 4300 block of Rheims Place. The reporting person's son had left the car unlocked and put the keys in the glove compartment on the morning he left, so she could return it later.

MAY 2

DUI by a Minor
A 19-year-old resident of Dallas was pulled over after quickly accelerating his vehicle, which caused it to fishtail, and he was written a citation for driving under the influence of alcohol by a minor at 11:47 p.m. in the 4500 block of Mockingbird Lane.

MAY 3

Vehicle Burglary
A 48-year-old resident reported that someone entered her 2009 GMC Yukon, which was parked in the rear driveway of her residence, and stole the vehicle's third-row seat between 5:30 p.m. May 2 and 10:15 a.m. May 3 in the 3700 block of Mockingbird Lane.

MAY 4

Theft
A 42-year-old resident reported that all four wheels and the receiver hitch on the back bumper were stolen off of his Cadillac Escalade between 7:30 p.m. May 3 and 7:30 a.m. May 4 in the 3500 block of Mockingbird Lane.

Arson
A 73-year-old resident reported that a portion of a wood fence was on fire at 8:02 p.m. on May 1 in the 4500 block of Westway Avenue. The cause of the fire was unknown during the investigation, and there were no electrical outlets, lights or grills near the fire, and there was no problem with the power cables above.

A resident reported that a portion of a wood fence was on fire at 10:04 p.m. on May 1 in the 4700 block of Abbott Avenue. The cause of the fire was unknown during the investigation and there were no electrical outlets, lights or grills near the fire.

Accident Involving Damage to Vehicle
A 69-year-old resident of Dallas reported that a truck scraped the passenger side of her rental car from Sewell while she was stopped at a red light around 2 p.m. in the 4500 block of Mockingbird Lane. The truck then ran the red light and entered the ramp of the toll road heading south, and the victim gave chase, honked and waved but the driver of the truck did not pull over.

Lost Property
A 48-year-old resident reported that she lost her $6,000 necklace and cross pendant made out of diamond and platinum at St. Paul Hospital in Dallas.

Striking Unattended Vehicle
A 31-year-old resident of Dallas reported her car was struck by another vehicle but no information was left at the scene between 3:20 p.m. and 3:50 p.m. while it was parked in the Whole Foods parking lot in the 4100 block of Lomo Alto Drive.

MAY 5

Identity Theft
A 25-year-old resident, who lives in the 4300 block of Fairfax Avenue, reported that her identity had been stolen and unauthorized accounts were opened with her information.

MAY 6

Lost Property
A 25-year-old resident of University Park reported that he noticed his keys were missing from his pocket when he was leaving Whole Foods at 5:30 p.m. in the 4100 block of Lomo Alto Drive.
