AUG. 29

MOTOR VEHICLE THEFT

A 54-year-old resident reported that an unknown suspect stole her Vespa scooter in the 4700 block of Abbott Avenue.

BURGLARY OF HABITATION

An Allen resident reported that an unknown suspect entered his condo and stole several items between May 13 and June 3 in the 4700 block of Bowser Avenue.

 

AUG. 30

BURGLARY OF MOTOR VEHICLE

A 72-year-old resident reported that an unknown suspect stole two pairs of sunglasses from his vehicle on July 28 in the 3100 block of Beverly Drive.

DAMAGE TO PRIVATE PROPERTY

A 36-year-old Irving resident reported that he struck a tree while driving at 1:57 p.m. at Highland Park Village.

IDENTITY THEFT

A 54-year-old resident in the 3300 block of St. Johns Drive reported that an unknown suspect applied for a credit card using his information on May 28.

 

AUG. 31

DAMAGE TO PRIVATE PROPERTY

A driver struck a tree, which broke off and then struck another driver’s vehicle at 11:18 a.m. in the 4700 block of St. Johns Drive.

 

SEPT. 3

CRIMINAL TRESPASS

A 56-year-old resident reported that a known suspect entered his residence without consent between May 28 and June 29 in the 3200 block of Princeton Avenue.

BURGLARY OF BUILDING

A 62-year-old resident reported that an unknown suspect stole a bike from his garage between 6 p.m. and 7 p.m. in the 3800 block of Normandy Avenue.

 

SEPT. 4

DAMAGE TO PRIVATE PROPERTY

A 27-year-old resident reported that a known suspect struck his vehicle while driving and fled the scene without providing required information at 10:01 p.m. in the 3400 block of Beverly Drive. The suspect was contacted by police and explained that she fled the scene as she “panicked” and intended on providing information after discussing the matter with her husband.
