The trendy fashion store H&M will opening its first Texas location in the North Park Center on Aug. 18 next to Urban Outfitters, according to a local NBC report.

To celebrate the grand opening, the store will be giving the first 500 customers in line an "Access to Fashion Pass," which is a gift card that could be valued anywhere from $10 to $500. One winner will receive a pass to be the store's first customer and get tips from a personal stylist.

“H&M is thrilled to be expanding into the Texas market,” said Daniel Kulle, U.S. president of H&M. “We have been waiting for this for quite some time. The Dallas market is such a big opportunity for H&M."

H&M has garnered the reputation of being a high-class, low-price fashion store that offers items for men, women and children. The store sells pants and shoes for less than $30 and blazers for less than $40.

The clothing chain will be opening a second location in Dallas at The Shops at Willow Bend.
