In 2019, the Texas House of Representatives included Orange Holloway Sr. in Resolution 706. It was written to honor Norma Frances “Tootsie” Tomanetz of Snow’s BBQ in Lexington, who had just been inducted into the American Royal Association’s Barbecue Hall of Fame.
