The new José Eber Salon at West Plano Village brings a minimalist design approach to the sophisticated and renowned brand and offers state of the art design by Gensler, VEZZOSI Italian equipment and the latest technology to further enhance the experience. The 2,300 square-foot retail location houses 10 stylist stations, 6 color stations, and 5 shampoo stations. Clients will be immersed in design elements throughout the space including an eye-catching ceiling that was inspired by the Parisian Arch, a famous design element seen in homes, buildings and monuments around Paris. The intent was a subtle nod to both José Eber and Alban Pessy’s French roots. The 13-foot high ceiling is coupled with cove lighting that highlights the continuous vault above. The sculptural quartz reception desk and violet guest seating seen in the reception area accent the cool, sleek color palette and integrated product displays. Before and after appointments, clients can enjoy beverages from a hospitality bar and snap selfies of their new looks in front of the José Eber step and repeat branded wall. “Gensler and Pessy became partners in this process, building a sophisticated and unique salon unlike any other in DFW, and befitting of the José Eber brand,” said Stephen Walsh, Gensler Design Director.
