The Texas Education Agency released a report about how well high schools throughout the state performed on AP exams for the 2009-10 academic year, and more than half of the tests taken at Highland Park High School received passing scores.
HPHS students took 2,441 exams last school year and 1,488 met or exceeded the state's standards, which is a 61 percent passing rate.
