Yesenia Moize
Yesenia prides herself on selling "homes" rather than "houses.” Her positive attitude and friendly demeanor have always played a huge role in establishing referral and repeat clients. She grew up watching her father buy, sell and lease both commercial and residential real estate. At a very young age, Yesenia knew that real estate was her calling.
Yesenia obtained her Texas real estate license in 1999. After working as a realtor in Dallas, she moved to Los Angeles and pursued different aspects of the industry including working in sales and marketing for a prominent title company. She then moved into a position as a loan officer at one of the most successful brokerage companies in Beverly Hills, California. There, she quickly became of one the top producers for the company.
In 2008, she returned to Dallas with a new found love and respect for her hometown. Her experience in all areas of the real estate and lending industry and her lifelong knowledge of Dallas, Tarrant and Collin counties enable Yesenia to assist her clients with all aspects of the buying and selling process. She also speaks English and Spanish fluently.
Yesenia lives in Lake Highlands with her husband Scott Moize, who works in lending. Her father-in-law, Scott Moize, Sr. is the president of a local title company. They often work together and facilitate smooth transactions and a great experience for their clients.
