DALLAS -- Texas Health Resources Foundation announced today that The Honorable Mayor Michael S. Rawlings and Mrs. Micki Rawlings will serve as honorary chairs of the 2015 Greer Garson Gala, benefiting the Margot Perot Center for Women & Infants at Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Dallas.
“Micki and I are delighted to serve as honorary chairs of the Greer Garson Gala,” said Mayor Rawlings. “The Margot Perot Center at Texas Health Dallas is an exceptional facility, with outstanding staff that has provided first-class health care to women and infants in our city for decades.”
For more than 20 years, the Gala has raised funds for Texas Health Dallas and the Margot Perot Center. As one of the most comprehensive facilities in North Texas, the Margot Perot Center focuses on the well-being of the whole woman. From gynecological needs to eating, exercise and behavioral health to obstetrics, breast, spine and heart care, specialists empower all women to live full and healthy lives.
The 2015 Gala, themed La Bella Toscana, is chaired by longtime supporters Mary Ellen and William Kendall. The event, which is April 11 at the Omni Dallas Hotel, will transport guests to the rolling hills of Tuscany for an evening of dinner, dancing, and silent and live auctions.
