Tara Durham, a Southern California native, relocated to Dallas with her husband in 2008 and instantly fell in love with the city's diverse neighborhoods, rich history and charming people. Having also lived throughout the Southwest, she truly envies how prideful Texan's are of their home state yet finds it effortless to meet new people, make friends and continue growing her successful real estate career.

Tara began her passion for real estate while attending Antioch University in Santa Barbara. She is licensed in Texas, California and Arizona and has worked extensively in commercial development, leasing and tenant improvements. She credits her time working as manager of a Fox Restaurant Concept with instilling a strong set of customer service skills that she utilizes daily with her real estate clients.

Tara's passionate about relationships and fulfilling a basic need we all share, finding a place to call "home." She lives in Lakewood where she appreciates the natural beauty and diverse architecture of this historic neighborhood. And as Ironman triathlete you’ll see Tara running through the picturesque neighborhood training for the next big race.

Tara is enthusiastic about helping people, she is involved with several local non-profits including Best Buddies, Visiting Nurses Association, Eldercare and she actively participates in the MS 150 bike ride. She also enjoys her knew role as a room parent to her toddler at St. Alcuin. Her commitment to providing excellent customer service as well as her desire to exceed people's expectations not only makes her a great Realtor to her clients but also their friend.
