Happy first day of SPRING! Happy Monday! I’m so excited about the spring season. Today, I’m going to show you some amazing accessories from Nordstrom and focus on a high-low aspect. For every high-end item I show you, I’m also showing you a much less expensive version. You don’t want to miss this!
I showed you two wonderful bags in this blog post when I told you about my casual travel style. You might wonder why I talk about Nordstrom so much on this blog. It’s simple. They have so many great brands, their online shopping experience is top-notch, you can shop for designer collection, men, women, beauty, kids, home, gifts and more, and they offer FREE shipping and FREE returns. They even have an amazing seasonal section with wonderful Easter selections. Online shopping is a huge timesaver for me.
Let’s talk about some high-low options for accessories. I love this Coach ‘rogue’ leather satchel and use it often. It comes in four colors. But this reversible faux leather tote is a fraction of the cost and gives you the same look. It’s only $44. The same can be said about my nude heels. You can grab these Steve Madden nude heels for a steal and get the exact same look. They’re under $80! I’m showing you lots of high-low options below in my ‘shop the post’.
Let’s take a hot minute to talk about this wonderful navy dress I have on today. It’s the perfect cut and it’s very slimming. I’ll be wearing it to lots of meetings and luncheons this spring. It comes in a beautiful light strawberry color as well which is perfect for Easter if you are looking for a dress. I gave it a pop of color with this fun silk scarf. The dress fits true to size.
Style tip: My personal belief is to allocate your money and spend it wisely on quality accessories. I do spend a lot of money on handbags, shoes, sunglasses and other accessories. I still have a Louise Vuitton bucket bag that I purchased in England over 25 years ago. Do not buy fake brands (by this I mean a fake LV, Chanel or other high-end brand)! You’ll never feel good about them and it’s not worth it. High end, quality items do not go out of style and last forever. You won’t regret this tip.
