Originally from the DFW area, Suzy Wang Schul is a graduate of SMU and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with a Major in Art History and a Minor in Art. She brings a keen eye for design and detail for her clients who are looking for something special in a home. She began her real estate career in 2001 primarily focusing on on-site sales in condominiums and town homes in the Uptown and Oak Lawn area where she quickly became a "Top Producer."

Because of her willingness to think creatively, Suzy brings superior knowledge and expertise to her clients. She has a wealth of real estate experience, cultivated by working on a diverse portfolio of projects, including mid and high-rise condominiums, luxury town homes, lofts and single family residences. She has spent her last year working the leasing market across the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. In the past year, the majority of her clients have been referrals or previous clients.

Suzy and her husband Pat reside in Bluffview with their two rescue dogs. She enjoys gardening, cooking, and entertaining friends by their pool. Her friends call her "Suzy Homemaker."
