About
As a vice president and consistent multi-million dollar producer, Susan Marcus is one of Briggs Freeman Sotheby's International Realty's most valuable Realtors. Performing at the leading edge of this competitive market niche, she combines her vast knowledge of potential buyers and sellers with an extensive history in real estate, producing a remarkable record of success that has continued for years.

"Susan has an extremely special and loyal client base, because her clients know she is so capable of putting together the right buyer with the right property and the highest taste level," said company chairman Robbie Briggs. While her success is well-known, her clients and closings are very, very private. In fact, Susan values discretion at all costs. "Susan handled the sale of Governor Clements' home privately without any fanfare, and that is always the way she works," Briggs said. "Her clients may be confident of that." Another devoted client is Norma Hunt, who said, "Susan is one of the most outstanding people involved in real estate in Dallas. She has so much knowledge of the market and has a great quality of not being intrusive at all. Susan is a talented professional - loyal, reliable, energetic and terrific."

An avowed arts enthusiast, Susan attended boarding school at the Dominican Convent, and went on to study Art History and Humanities in college. Since coming to Dallas from California in 1967, her commitment to our city has been evidenced in her many accomplishments, which include her involvement with the Crystal Charity Ball and the Dallas Opera. Most notable is her passion for French art, architecture and culture. To that end, she enjoys serving as a committee member of La Demeure Historique, the Friends of French Art, the French Heritage Society, an Associate of the Dallas Museum of Art as well as the steering committee for the Katy Trail.

Susan's keen talent for the business and outstanding history of personalized service will allow her to continue as a key player at the top of the industry for many years to come. Says Marcus, "This business has been one of the joys of my life."
