With two Dallas locations, Studio 6 Fitness focuses on six key principles of fitness: Core, Strength, Balance, Endurance, Flexibility and Spirit. Every Studio 6 workout uses the Lagree Fitness™ Method and the patented Megaformer™ machine for 50-minutes of powerful calorie-burning, muscle-quivering, total body conditioning. Elements of Pilates, barre and yoga are combined with cardio intensity, but with no joint or spine stress. Studio 6 Fitness is the only megaformer studio in Dallas.
