Sam started selling real estate in Dallas while pursuing a bachelor’s degree in psychology at Southern Methodist University. He has possessed an affinity for sales since as long as he can remember, and he has always had an entrepreneurial, self-starting spirit, which makes for a perfect fit in the residential real estate industry.

His advanced understanding of social media and online tools allows Sam’s clients to receive ultimate exposure when listing a property for sale. He understands the competitiveness of today’s real estate market, and he prides himself on keeping his clients up to date on the latest advancements in the technological world to give them a leg up when listing or buying a property.

Sam has also personally invested in rental properties in the city, and he understands the many factors that go into finding and selecting a good property for investment purposes.

He has lived in Uptown, and he currently resides in the Park Cities. His love of the outdoors and all things athletic leads to him spend time in Dallas’ great outdoor areas such as the Katy Trail and White Rock Lake. He also volunteers his time coaching lacrosse at several inner-city schools in Dallas.

Sam has worked with buyers, sellers, renters and investors in the Uptown/Downtown areas, Park Cities, M Streets, Preston Hollow, Devonshire, Briarwood and Lakewood.
