As homeowners construct new homes and renovate existing homes, an ever-popular request is a comfortable outdoor living space to meet the family’s lifestyle. Cooking, eating, lounging and play are all commonplace activities that our customers are using their outdoors for as much as they are their indoors!

What makes an ideal oasis? Let’s take a look at a few of our outdoor living space design projects to highlight some of the most loved features!

At the top of most homeowners’ lists is a great space to lounge and (sometimes) watch TV. These can be great chat areas around a firepit or just casual seating around a cocktail table to hang out. Snuggling up to a cozy fireplace on a winter eve is another favorite pastime. Most manufacturers are making plush seating that is as comfortable and stylish as indoor furniture, so the options are vast to nail your desired style.

Outdoor dining is a close second and can be formal or ultra-casual, depending on your vibe. Tables come in all different materials from teak to stone or new amazingly finished aluminum frames that emulate wood. Talk about weatherproof! Sunbrella or Inside Out fabrics make durability on seating easy and offer lots of fun colors and patterns to create a unique look. Consider using one of the new outdoor leathers that stand up great when met with wet swimsuits or messy eaters!

In Dallas, designing and then swimming in your own private pool is a wonderful luxury, and enjoying a cool drink or snack poolside while sunning is the pinnacle of pampering! Whether it be with Ledge Loungers in the water to keep you semi-cool (laughable this time of year) or on dry ground in a cushioned chaise, it’s easy to make relaxing a reality. One of our favorite ways to enhance exposed/uncovered chaise lounges is by using our padded sling fabric. It easily drains and dries after one of our sneaky Texas rainstorms creeps into an otherwise sunny day.

Another popular request is a fully stocked outdoor kitchen, complete with a grill, Green Egg, Blackstone and/or some gas burners. Additionally, a sink, beverage fridge, ice maker, built-in cooler, pizza oven, trash pullout and storage drawers are among the top features most of our customers choose for their dream spaces. Consider incorporating a bar top with barstools to entertain folks outside of the main dining area and accommodate more people in your gatherings.

The epitome of convenience in your outdoor living area is climate control. We can achieve this in a variety of ways… Cooling can happen via misting fans or air conditioners and heating can be attained with floor-standing or built-in ceiling heaters. Phantom screens not only shield the intense sunlight when necessary but also insulate the space in the winter or summer, in some cases allowing the doors to the home to remain open and heat or cool the space!

Hint: plan these types of amenities in the building phase as adding them after-market can be problematic.

With all these options, there’s no doubt your outdoor utopia can be a reality and we would love to be a part of that. Contact Nicole Arnold Interiors today to begin designing a luxury outdoor living space you won’t want to leave!!

The design of your office isn’t just about aesthetics; it plays a crucial role in shaping the overall success of your business. From making a powerful first impression to enhancing your corporate image and boosting employee productivity, the right interior design can have a profound impact. Here are five compelling reasons why investing in professional office interior design matters.

1. It Makes a Lasting Impression

ADI NY Office

Your company’s interior design immediately casts an “unspoken” first impression on your visitors. Are they impressed?? You only have ONE chance to make a great first impression, so make it count! Consider what you want to convey and ensure the office environment is positioned well and looks worthy to “win the sale,” “hire the candidate,” “secure the consultant”…you fill in the blank! Then, hire a professional interior designer to design the perfect space to make it happen!!

2. It Enhances Your Corporate Image

ADI NY Office

Each company has a brand image, whether or not it has been intentionally defined. Your brand immediately brings thoughts, emotions and sometimes actions to light by those familiar with it. The interior space of a corporation should reflect that of its intended brand messaging — serving as your subliminal marketing message! For example, if you have a luxury-style business, do your interiors exude elegance? If you’re in the health or medical profession, does your space look pristine and refined? If you cater to power sports, is the office energizing and inspiring? A skilled interior designer will know exactly how to master this message for you. Remember, these interiors will tell your customer more about you than your words ever will!

3. It Helps Retain Your Best Employees

ADI NY Office

Employee retention is a real concern for employers, so let’s do everything possible to encourage them to be loyal and long-term. It seems like a no-brainer, but let’s start with the area where they spend 8 – 9 hours of their day, 5 days per week. Employees love to work in an inspiring environment! Clean, organized and spacious are expected, but what about the color of the walls, the light fixtures and the available huddle spaces or private offices? An employee may or may not know to ask for a specific color temperature in the overhead lighting, a privacy panel for their desks or a creative space to gather with team members and brainstorm ideas. So, ensure you have a professional interior designer to understand and deliver what’s most important to keep employees motivated and excited to give you their best every day!

4. It Maximizes Your Team’s Productivity

ADI NY Office

When you invest in a professional commercial interior designer who takes the time to understand your team’s daily operations, the company’s return in productivity grows exponentially. Paying attention to ergonomic requirements, well-spaced desking and having plenty of collaborative and private spaces are just a few things that keep your staff at top performance. Creating lounge or game areas to blow off a little steam on breaks, providing a bookshelf for a lending library or designing a yoga room for before or after-hours fitness are all super fun ways to keep smiles on faces and minimize stress.

5. It Provides Creative Ways for Budget Utilization

ADI NY Office

Often, companies have marketing budgets, cap-ex budgets or TI dollars to spend by a specific deadline or they lose the opportunity. Sometimes, these improvements can be justified by bringing the business up to OSHA, ADA or other code requirements. Be sure to check if your company has available resources that could be used to raise the standard of its interior spaces…it’s so much easier than having to save for this type of improvement! And, it’s perfectly reasonable to cover interior improvements under a litany of different budgets. A corporate interior designer can help you understand codes and options, leaving no stone unturned to discover creative opportunities that fully capture your vision!

Incorporating thoughtful and strategic interior design into your office space is an investment that pays off in numerous ways. By creating a visually appealing environment that reflects your brand, motivates your team, enhances productivity and leverages budget opportunities, you set the stage for long-term success. Contact Nicole Arnold Interiors to transform your office into a space that not only looks great but also drives your business forward.

Make your primary home jealous of your vacation home!

When you’re designing your vacation home, or as we like to say “your home away from home,” why not make it EVERYTHING you’ve always imagined? Designing a second home is a great opportunity to do all the things you couldn’t or wouldn’t do in your existing home for one reason or another. It allows you to access a whole other persona or style, if that’s your jam; or it could be an “amped up” or “lite” version of what you have created in your primary home. The possibilities are all over the map, which is precisely why hiring a vacation home interior designer to find out all the “must haves” is key in optimizing your investment and attaining all the goals you’ve set out to achieve in this haven!

Transforming Your Getaway with Luxurious Bedrooms and Functional Spaces

Let’s review some of the most common requests we receive when designing additional residences for our clients:

1. Dreamy Bedrooms: Comfy mattresses, motorized shades and sumptuous sheets are top of the list so that getaway allows our clients to get a great night’s sleep.

2. Spa-like Bathrooms: Luxury linens like thirsty towels, an aromatherapy shower head, a bidet toilet and a jetted tub are popular picks. In a cooler climate, a heated floor is also quite coveted!!

3. Sit Back and Relax: Comfortable upholstery/seating that can accommodate lots of lounging, naps or entertaining guests, complete with reading nooks, movie-watching circles or gaming pits top the charts. This gives multiple guests their own zones to break away when needed and the ability to enjoy independent activities.

4. Gourmet Kitchens: Calling all chefs…! For these folks, it wouldn’t be a vacation without all the culinary conveniences to entertain themselves or others while away. Features such as a large griddle, refrigerated beverage drawers, double ovens, two dishwashers, a wine fridge and an ice maker (unless the staff chef/bartender is bringing it!) are awesome treats to keep all cooks enjoying the kitchen.

5. Enviable Outdoor Living Spaces: Invest in furniture that’s as comfortable outside as it is inside. After all…this is your extended living space! Swivel chairs, sectionals…maybe a fire pit and a hammock for a snooze on a warm day are just what connects you best to the outdoors! A more recent request is an outdoor pizza oven integrated into that outdoor kitchen…yum! And, for those who prefer polar opposite experiences, include a hot tub and cold plunge. Relax and recharge!!

6. Technical Difficulties…NOT!: Connectivity and Wi-Fi are important when you need it for streaming service or otherwise and whole-house speakers are a nice way to ensure you can set the music mood for anywhere in the home. Integrate a system like Lutron so you can simply turn off all the lights at bedtime from your app without having to go into every room.

7. Don’t Forget Functionality: Last, but not least, from a practical standpoint, ample storage to completely unpack and/or store items for short-term rental guests is tantamount in the planning stages. A tankless water heater serves multiple guests (because no one likes a cold shower) and a generator for those ultra-remote locations comes in very handy, because when you least expect it, you’ll need it!

Ready to get away yet??? Now that you know some great things to consider for your next vacation home, who’s ready to start designing? Let’s create that next home that says I never want to see my 1st home again. Contact Nicole Arnold Interiors today for a consultation!

ADI Global hired us for the 4th time to design their Resideo branch location’s complete office renovation. As we’ve proven in the past, our corporate interior designs creatively capture the essence of their business and our processes are solid and reliable. So, we were off to Louisville, KY!

We set our sights on success!

  1. Gain the confidence of the Louisville management team, who thought they could do this renovation without a professional designer. The welcome came with stiff arms, and we were out to prove our worth!
  2. Interpret this branch as a “cousin,” not a twin (as their VP of Operations described) of prior branches we’ve designed in Irving, TX and Long Island, NY. They wanted the office to cohesively relate to their brand, yet uniquely stand as its own personality and give their employees an exciting place to come to work every day.
  3. Deliver a fresh look to their space, embracing the historical and nostalgic elements of Louisville, without coming across as gimmicky.

We got to work!

  1. Weekly conference calls began as rapport-building sessions, as we maintained a laser focus on the team’s objectives, proving we were their partners and showing them ways we would make things easier for them, so they could focus on their jobs. They evolved quickly into productive and insightful, yet lighthearted, meetings where we would eventually joke about how “they didn’t want our help”.
  2. Modernized desks with sit/stand features, state-of-the-art video capabilities and visiting stations at nearly every cubicle are just a few of the conveniences we brought to this group’s daily office environment. Multiple conference rooms, huddle spaces and creative areas allow employees to be inspired with just the right amount of privacy or room for lots of participation.
  1. We incorporated unique furnishings and appointments that honored the traditions of Louisville, KY in a modern and sophisticated way. Nods to the baseball, bourbon and horse racing legacies were some of the mainstays. Bluegrassy greens and baseball glove browns led the color palette, along with pops of brighter tones to keep things lively.

We scored!

  1. Resideo celebrated the grand reopening of its offices in Louisville, KY, following 12 months of renovation to modernize the site. The shared site is home to more than 180 team members across Resideo’s ADI Global Distribution and Products & Solutions businesses that span various departments including sales, marketing, customer service, sales support and human resources, among others.
  2. The updated facility fosters innovation and delivers a collaborative work environment for employees. The team was super motivated to return to work in a fun, energizing, ultra-functional environment.
  3. The management team was beyond blown away at the aesthetic execution of all the things that are important to them in their town. They love the balance within the artwork of modern art and traditions like jockey scarves, Mohammed Ali pop art, Louisville Slugger, bluegrass landscapes and fine Bourbon. They are so proud of their new office space and are overwhelmingly appreciative of the look we gave them!

Overall, this commercial design project blends the cherished traditions of Louisville, KY with a modern and sophisticated approach, resulting in a personalized space the team will enjoy daily! Want additional design help to make your commercial space perfect? Contact Nicole Arnold Interiors today!

Advice from an Interior Designer and a Professional Painter

Are you looking to transform the look and feel of your home’s interior with a fresh coat of paint? Choosing the right paint colors can be a daunting task, but with the guidance of experienced interior designers and professional painters, you can navigate this process with confidence.

Nicole Arnold Interiors and PRO Painting in DFW weighed in on their paint recommendations and tips for choosing an interior paint color. Drawing from their wealth of knowledge and expertise gained from working in hundreds of homes, they offer valuable advice and recommendations to help you select the perfect paint colors for your living spaces.

Understanding the Power of Color

Before delving into specific paint color recommendations, it’s essential to understand the impact that colors can have on the aesthetics and ambiance of your home. Different hues evoke varying emotions and can influence the perception of space. For instance, light, neutral tones such as soft greys and warm beiges can create an airy and spacious feel, while bold, vibrant colors like deep blues and rich greens can add drama and personality to a room. Understanding the psychology of color is important in making informed decisions about your home’s interior palette.

Consider the Natural Light

One of the key factors to consider when choosing paint colors for your home interior is the natural light that enters each room. Natural light can significantly affect the appearance of paint colors, causing them to look brighter or more subdued depending on the intensity of the light. In well-lit rooms, you can experiment with a wider range of colors, including pastels and lighter shades. In spaces with limited natural light, it’s advisable to opt for lighter hues to prevent the room from feeling too dark or enclosed.

Creating Cohesiveness and Flow

When selecting paint colors for different rooms within your home, it’s important to create a sense of cohesiveness and flow. While each room can have its own distinct color scheme, there should be a visual connection between adjacent spaces to ensure a harmonious transition from one room to another. Interior designers often recommend choosing a neutral base color for shared areas, such as hallways and open-concept spaces and then introducing complementary accent colors in individual rooms to add interest and personality.

The Versatility of Neutrals

Neutral paint colors are a timeless and versatile choice for home interiors, and they are favored by both interior designers and professional painters for their ability to create a sophisticated backdrop for any decor style. Shades of white, beige and grey offer a clean, timeless aesthetic and serve as an excellent foundation for layering in pops of color through furnishings, artwork and accessories. Additionally, neutrals can adapt to changing decor preferences, making them a practical and enduring choice for homeowners.

The Impact of Undertones

When selecting paint colors, it’s crucial to consider the undertones present in each hue. Undertones can be warm, cool or neutral and they play a significant role in how a color will interact with the other elements in a room, such as flooring, furniture and lighting. Professional painters and interior designers emphasize the importance of identifying undertones to ensure that the chosen paint colors harmonize with the existing elements in the space, preventing any clashes or visual discord.

Here is a list of just a few of our favorite features when we design custom homes or renovations:

General Features

Whole Home Automation System by Control 4 – This system can automate and control everything from surround sound, sprinklers, pool equipment, lighting, window treatments and more…all from your iPhone or iPad!

Layered lighting – We love to ensure there’s sufficient light for any need. Can lighting is typically our first pass for overall light in a room. We then layer on decorative ceiling lights and wall sconces to zone a space and bring in personality. Lastly, under and over cabinet lighting is great for kitchens, bookshelves, or other areas where light is desired but its source should remain unseen. Don’t forget backlit LED mirrors in bathrooms for the most effective shaving and makeup views. We also like layering those along with wall sconces when we need to soften an otherwise modern look.

Motorized shades and draperies – Who doesn’t love the luxury of just pushing a button on a remote and watching your window treatments open wide to let in the daylight? This is a real treat, particularly when multiple windows need to be opened and closed regularly. It takes a little planning ahead for all this to work, but is so worth the investment!

Marble (you truly can’t have too much of this!) – Kitchens, bathrooms, entries…and the list goes on! Use this timeless, classic material in bold or subtle ways, depending on the stone. Although it requires a bit more care than other surfaces, its elegance and beauty are truly unmatched.

Kitchen Favorites

Secondary kitchens, back kitchens or sculleries – These serve as a great space to house appliances, store items not needed daily and/or keep items that are necessary to have in the kitchen but aren’t as visually desirable. It’s a great place for a second refrigerator, oven or, depending on its location within the floorplan, a great transition to a mud room.

Double kitchen islands – when one island isn’t quite enough, why not have two? One can serve for seating and entertaining, while the other can serve more functional needs like housing a microwave, under-counter fridge drawers, an icemaker and the list goes on… Plus, doubling the surface space is so dreamy!

Cabinetry with lots of custom features – Pullout features in cabinetry make otherwise hard-to-reach places very accessible. Vertical, horizontal and swing-out options offer limitless possibilities to maximize every cubic inch of precious cabinet space. Pocket doors incorporated into a modern-day “appliance garage” and adding electricity in the wall behind these can also afford the opportunity to keep appliances in place without having to plug/unplug them each time they’re used. Probably our most-requested item is the pop-up mixer tray so no one has to lift the heavy stand mixer any longer!

Spa-like bathrooms

The Shower – A steam shower is a popularly requested feature when a spa experience is desired. Body jets, a rain head and hand wand sprayers are always at the top of the list!

The Tub – Consider incorporating a large enough tub (maybe for two?), complete with air jets, seltzer bubbles and colored lighting to set the mood just right!

Staying Warm – Fun features for cooler-natured folks are heated floors, heated towel warmers and built-in saunas.

The Vibe – Dimmable lighting and surround sound speakers hooked into iTunes are key in these spaces to keep just the right mood.

Hydration – Install a beverage fridge nearby to keep cool drinks easily within reach.

Of course, there are certainly many more we could list. However, since each person is different, we love spending time with our customers, learning all about them…and the favorite features they appreciate most in their lives. Then, we make it happen! Treat yourself to working with Nicole Arnold Interiors and experience the difference! Contact us today for a consultation!

Happy to Have the Blues

This 20-year old home was renovated and refurnished with lots of modern updates to transition this busy family to their new empty-nester status. Special details were incorporated in tile, wallpaper, furniture and artwork to ensure an elevated aesthetic. Lively color throughout the home gives a sophisticated boldness in each room. Black glass crystals, selenite and substantial metal details nod to the clients’ love for rock and roll and convey the edge that uniquely showcases their personal style. Let’s talk about some of the fun stuff…

The Living Room

The colors blue and green have been popular in design for decades, but new, fresh interpretations and ranges of these workhorse colors are so fun to integrate into our designs. Here, we took fresh, grassy greens and combined them with a range of blues and neutrals to bring the amazing outdoors inside this Frisco, TX home. We used elevated custom furnishings, lively patterned fabrics and original custom artwork to keep an elegant, yet playful, vibe in the room. The art formation was specifically chosen to acknowledge the room’s 2-story height without making the room feel heavy. And, as usual for NAI, performance fabrics were used to ensure there is no crying if a spill occurs.

The Kitchen and Bar

Bar none, this kitchen and bar backsplash has one of the most amazing tile selections in our portfolio! The waterjet marble with metallic accents is crisp, timeless and just a little bit of edgy…just what the client wanted! The overall classic color palette leverages deep hues in the island and bar to keep the otherwise white kitchen from feeling blah. Colorful art brings the adjacent family room’s design across the house and keeps an open concept area feeling ultra cohesive. And, the various chair frames and light fixtures give the room an eclectic sense of style, precisely personal!

The Dining Room and Study

When it comes to designing these opposing rooms, located just steps inside the entry, we had to curate a 1-2 punch that would allow them to stand as individual spaces, avoid competing for attention, yet still complement each other. Wallcoverings were chosen for each focal wall that were artsy and engaging. Custom artwork with selenite dipped in gold was designed and floats atop the modern wallpaper, featured as the dining room’s “star”. Custom banded drapery, a beautiful round table and chairs and a delicate chandelier all are poised for a lovely dinner party with great food and conversation.

The study’s clean lined furnishings give a light, modern vibe and provide a serene sense to enjoy throughout the workday. It’s equally as welcoming for guests to visit and stay for a chat. We didn’t abandon functionality here, as the multi-level desk is light and airy as it takes on new heights and quietly blends into the sensational chevron wallpaper.

All in all, this project is an infusion of lots of the customer’s favorite things culminated together to make a super fun, super personal impact that they enjoy every day! Want additional design help to make your space perfect? Contact Nicole Arnold Interiors today!

Your Guide to Relocating in Style

Moving to Texas…? How exciting!!

You know what they say…everything’s bigger in Texas! So go big, and plan for an awesome new home that’s a perfect fit for YOU!

Once you get the relocation basics down, like finding the perfect house, registering the kids at school and solidifying the movers, it’s time to hire your interior designer and start designing!!

New Construction or Custom?

Whether you’re looking at new construction, or even a significant renovation prior to moving in, try to start this process as early as possible, preferably 1 year in advance. Peruse reputable builders in the area and check out the developments where their homes are readily available. If custom is your wish, discover the perfect lot with your realtor and then team up with what I call the “trifecta” (your architect, interior designer and custom builder) to make that dream home a reality. There are hundreds, if not thousands, of decisions to be made when taking on a new construction project, so let the professionals who do this on a daily basis make your life easier by seamlessly guiding you through the process. And don’t forget to consider temporary living like corporate housing or an Air BNB so that your family is comfortable while waiting for your home to be complete.

The Art of Distinction

If all goes as planned, you’ll have a personal relationship with your designer for many years…even decades! It’s important to choose this person carefully, considering client reviews and referrals from friends. When hiring the perfect designer, consider a like-minded professional that listens to your wishes, understands your objectives and shows you she can execute your plan well. At NAI, we are experts at not only the discovery phase, where we learn all about our customers, but also working within the project to ensure plans are professionally presented, communication is clear, projects are managed on time and on budget, and the client experience is nothing less than amazing! These are what we are known for!

Remote Control

You’re not in Texas yet, but the project is beginning…

Relocation interior design can be a little tricky to navigate, but thanks to Zoom and other fabulous technology, design firms can offer a range of accommodations for out-of-town clients to experience great design services without skipping a beat. Meticulous attention to detail and a wealth of experience handling 100% remote projects are important qualities for your designer to have to understand the nuances of creating spaces that align with your vision, even from a distance. From initial consultations to final touches, your new Texas home should embody your unique style and needs. At NAI, we can curate a whole home’s furnishings within our 11,000 SF design studio, complete with samples at hand for maximum efficiency. And, for new construction or renovations, count on us as your “boots on the ground” to oversee projects and ensure flawless execution while we update you remotely.

Beyond Interior Design

Congratulations, you may arrive in town with little to no scuffs, but you don’t have an established network yet. You need to furnish your home, freshen up the yard and try to work and/or take kids in 5 directions. Hopefully, you’ve hired a designer that’s been in the area for a while and has an established network, well beyond interior design. If so, she cannot only orchestrate all your interior design needs, but likely connect you with other reputable, home-related professionals to offer you solutions to other peripheral needs such as an organizer, a landscaper, a pool maintenance person, a cleaning service…the list goes on! In some cases, like our firm, your designer will act as a concierge and actually set up and manage these services for you! Talk about a time saver!! Our network of vetted tradespeople guarantees quality results, ensuring your project is in reliable hands from start to finish.

We’re Ready to Help!

Are you relocating to Texas and envisioning your new home to reflect your unique style and needs even before you arrive? At Nicole Arnold Interiors, we specialize in providing a seamless and transformative design experience tailored for those moving from out of state. As a premier luxury residential interior designer based in Texas, and with our proven expertise in remote interior design, we’re here to make your relocation stress-free and your home a perfect fit from day one.

How we started…

This young family was building their new construction “forever” home and hired our team to ensure all the details were considered from the house’s layout to construction finish out to furnishings.

The client’s aesthetic was clean, modern/transitional. She favored a black, white and neutral palette and embraced lots of organic elements to complement the otherwise stark palette. Natural white oak floors, stained wood floating shelves and textural furnishings amid white walls, and white, grey or black cabinetry were key in making the finished product feel warm and welcome. The sleek black LED light fixtures, straight lines throughout the cabinetry, a floating stone fireplace hearth and horizontal stair rail kept “modern” at the forefront of design. Many delays regarding construction were incurred throughout the project due to beginning the project in January 2021 (at the pinnacle of supply chain delays, due to the pandemic) and were navigated strategically throughout the 2 1/2 years that it took to conclude the project.

It’s all in the details…

The biggest challenge was to ensure the vast, open concept main area of the house (which connected the entry, family room, dining area, and kitchen) flowed, yet remained distinct, within one huge, open space. We strategically zoned the areas with furniture placement and separate ceiling treatments to give each area within the open space its virtual boundaries.

The homeowner is an avid baker and wanted a fun design detail in her back kitchen/pantry. Whimsical geometric wallpaper was chosen to keep a room that’s often deemed utilitarian and not needing a lot of attention an interesting and a happy place to spend time.

Large scale artwork was selected in proportion to the 2-story walls to ensure there was adequate presence, but in keeping with the generally streamlined flavor the client preferred.

Performance fabrics and leathers were used throughout the home’s furnishings to preserve the investment, while being mindful of their active family.

With black, grey and white as the primary colors throughout the 5 bathrooms, it was key to vary the tile layouts, shapes, sizes and textures to give each area its individual eye-catching features. For example, the exterior of the shower wall in the primary bath is clad in a charcoal tile with a curved relief resembling water cascading down the wall.

The result…design AND function!

A welcoming and cohesive, yet eclectic, overall look was achieved throughout the home, yet each room maintains its own personality and special features. The laundry room’s patterned tile floor and pass-through laundry bins to the primary closet combine a fun design with high function. Every inch of the kitchen island was utilized to house appliances, drawers and doors for the ultimate convenient experience. A sitting area adjacent to the fireplace can easily join as part of the family room or have its own separate conversation space. Overall, we achieved a highly designed home that functions optimally as a warm, liveable space for the entire family!
