Molly was born and raised in Dallas and attended Highland Park High School prior to earning her undergraduate and graduate degrees at Vanderbilt University. Post college she worked at Vanderbilt Children’s Hospital as a Child Life Specialist and later as a Speech Pathologist at a school for children with learning differences in Nashville. This experience has given Molly exceptional communication skills and an ability to work with people during stressful and emotional times. This desire to help people has driven Molly to pursue a career in real estate.

Molly lives in the Park Cities and is married to Grear Hurt. She has three children and is actively involved as a volunteer at their schools and her church.
