McCarthy emplyees visit Mi Escuelita

This holiday season, employees of McCarthy Building Company’s Dallas office are filled with Christmas cheer and wanted to ensure others have a happy holiday as well by giving back to the local community. For the second year in a row, a team of McCarthy employee-owners spread the holiday cheer at Mi Escuelita Preschool. Dressed as Santa, Mrs. Claus, and elves, McCarthy team members spent the day taking individual photos with all the children who otherwise might not be able to meet Santa.

Another cause the McCarthy team chose this support this year is Life Message – an organization that is assisting families affected by last December's tragic tornado in Rowlett, Texas. Earlier in the year, McCarthy assisted families in demoing homes and cleaning up the neighborhood and this Christmas, employees generously provided angel tree gifts for 22 children and necessities to those families still in need.

Through McCarthy's "Heart Hats" community involvement program, McCarthy employees are able to help make a change in the local community. The program is dedicated to encouraging, supporting and recognizing McCarthy employees' volunteer efforts in a variety of causes to ensure real needs are being met in communities where employees work, live and play.
