Maria Orr brings an international savvy as well as marketing and design sensibilities to her role as real estate advisor. Reared in Highland Park and having lived in Mexico and California, she now contributes a global awareness and an understanding of every facet of relocating a family – nationally and internationally. With generational roots in Dallas, she is deeply connected to this area and to the schools her children attend. Whether her clients are local or from out of the country, a family or an individual, she brings a multi-faceted talent and background to her buyers and sellers.

• Her roots date back to one of the founding families of Dallas, giving her the ultimate appreciation for this area.
• She is a University of Texas graduate with a degree in public relations, which impacts her strategic marketing and advertising strategies to sell homes.
• Maria attended the Interiors Design Institute, Southern California. Gifted with a tremendous sense of style, she advises buyers about the potential in a home and sellers about staging for maximum appeal.
• She lived in Mexico (Monterrey and Queretaro) with her husband and children and entered them into schools, giving her an understanding of every relocating family’s needs.
• Living also in Newport Beach, California, she gained added experience in buying and selling homes in other markets.
• Helping her husband start his real estate development business in Mexico gave her an increased depth of knowledge in both marketing and finance.
• Now living in Dallas with her husband and family for several years, she is an active volunteer. She is currently a member of the PTA at Highland Park High School and Highland Park Middle School and is a supporter of the Child and Family Guidance Center, for whom she helped chair the opening of the McManus Family Clinic in West Dallas.
