Top producer Lisa Evans has advised her Real Estate clients on far more than the critical issues of price and location. Her fine eye for design has also helped her buyers visualize the full potential of a house.
Her sellers have equally benefited. An interior designer since 1976, Ms. Evans has staged, reorganized and often furnished her listings, creating maximum exposure and substantially speeding up the sales process.
So successful has she been at preparing homes for sale that she has recently formed a new staging company, Stage Crew, with partner Suzanne Edgar. They furnish vacant houses as well as new builder homes and help Realtors prepare homes to put on the market. Each house subsequently shows at its pristine best.
Mrs. Evans has been married to Park Cities homebuilder Jim Evans for the past 30 years. Together, they have been able to advise her clients with any design needs or remodeling projects.
A multi-million dollar producer and Realtor since l990, Ms. Evans specializes in the Park Cities where she and her husband have raised three children. Other specialty areas include Preston Hollow, Bluffview, Greenway Parks and the M Streets/Lakewood area.
Lisa Evans has served extensively within the community, volunteering for years with the Highland Park Schools, which her children all attended. She has also volunteered for Carpenters for Christ within the Highland Park United Methodist Church, the Cambridge School of Dallas, Genesis Outreach, Habitat for Humanity and the Junior League of Dallas. She is a member of the Kappa Kappa Gamma Alumni Association and has participated in La Fiesta de las Seis Banderas, a fundraiser for the Park Cities.
