Real estate listing aggregator Zillow, Inc. has reached an agreement to acquire Trulia, Inc. for $3.5 billion in stock. What does this mean for home buyers and sellers in the Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex? Well, not much at this point because the companies are maintaining their separate brands. Pending regulatory approval, the new Zillow conglomerate is estimated to receive 85 million unique home shoppers a month!
