About
Kenneth Walters' knowledge of the Dallas-area housing market is extensive. He is also well-versed in the Flower Mound housing market. Highland Park, Uptown, Victory Park and Turtle Creek offer gracious lifestyles and enjoyable neighborhoods. Kenneth has quickly established himself as a well informed agent with connections to Realtors and exclusive building management companies that will allow you the first opportunity to know when a property will be offered.

Prior to joining Coldwell Banker, Kenneth led the marketing efforts for a boutique real estate law firm serving the needs of master planned communities and condominium associations in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. He also worked in the political arena as a policy analyst, legislative aide and campaign manager.

Because of his involvement in business and infrastructure matters, Kenneth is uniquely positioned to determine sustainability issues in order to help clients to make sound financial investments in particular neighborhoods.

With five years experience in alternative media marketing, Kenneth has the expertise to research and find creative options when buying or selling a house and is able to maximize your property exposure. On a recent sale he was able to create a marketing plan that included direct mail and online advertising that targeted IP addresses in a defined market allowing the sellers to reach over 10,000 users.

Kenneth is committed to the Dallas-Fort Worth community. He currently serves in various capacities for Arlington Hall/Lee Park Conservancy, Friends of the Katy Trail and Turtle Creek Association.
