Fifth-generation Dallasite and third-generation Realtor, Kate Mote has achieved a remarkable record of success in the very competitive market niche that she serves. Kate has been recognized by “D Magazine” in 2004-2006, 2008-2012,as one of the “Best Realtors in Dallas.”

In the last three years, Kate has facilitated four major estate liquidations totaling $7,000,000 in the immediate Highland Park and Bluffview areas. These properties needed to be either emptied or edited in order to sell the property. All needed particular repairs to be handled as well. She worked closely with the families and/or trustees on orchestrating the auctioning, consigning, and/or donation of the contents of the homes.

This is just an example of the above and beyond customer service that Kate provides in order to facilitate a seamless real estate transaction. Her discretion and professionalism have been mentioned in particular circles of families, and 100% of her business is based on referrals and personal recommendations.

As a lifelong resident of the Park Cities, Kate’s roots within the community and active civic ties provide resources with a variety of entities within the neighborhoods that she specializes, including Park Cities, Bluffview, Preston Hollow, Devonshire, Kessler Park and Greenway Parks.

She is active in the Tri Delta Alumnae Group and the Community Partners of Dallas. She holds a Lifetime membership with the Women’s Auxiliary at Children’s Medical Center. This is her sixth year as a board member of the Greenway Parks Home Owners Association, past board member of The Fin and Feather Club of Dallas and her fourth year as a member of the Lamplighter PTA. She holds a Sustainer Status with the Junior League of Dallas and has worked previously with SPCA fostering programs.

A graduate of Baylor University, Kate and her husband of 13 years, reside in Greenway Parks with their eight-year-old daughter and their yellow Labrador and Dachshund.
