Jonathan Rosen
Armed with an unparalleled work ethic, commitment to client service and an insider’s knowledge of the local market, Dallas native Jonathan Rosen is setting new standards in the residential marketplace.
In 2007, Rosen joined Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty and quickly became one of the youngest vice president in the firm’s history. He brings a “Let’s make the deal happen,” attitude to the table, having recently sold out three multi-family developments in desirable neighborhoods. He has also closed numerous single-family dwelling transactions and is known as a creative and innovative negotiator.
“I have a true appreciation for customer expectations. A huge component is educating clients about key elements such as investment value and portfolio strategy and helping them select the correct home for their lifestyle needs – whether it is a high-rise, town home or an estate. After all, a home is often one of the biggest investments a person makes,” says this Preston Hollow resident.
Rosen began his real estate career in Austin after college graduating with a degree in communications—an asset he uses skillfully when negotiating contracts. Along with his wife, he is active in a range of civic groups including the Nature Conservancy, Junior Associates Circle for the Dallas Museum of Art, the Museum of Contemporary Art, and Highland Park High School Alumni.
His community involvement is a natural extension of the areas where he works and specializes, from the Park Cities, Preston Hollow, Devonshire, Bluffview, Briarwood and Greenway Parks neighborhoods to Uptown, Lakewood, East Dallas and Downtown.
“Growing up in the Park Cities with parents who both have been successful in the real estate industry, has given me valuable insight into all aspects of the area’s neighborhoods—from schools to amenities to property values,” says Rosen.
