As a member of The Eleazer Group, Jeff offers experience as a 30-year sales and marketing professional to this award-winning, family-oriented real estate group. Jeff’s leadership in marketing initiatives and in building the group’s web presence has played an integral part in the success of The Eleazer Group, helping earn the group its distinction as the Top Producing Team for Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty in 2011. Jeff has also been recognized individually: he was voted Best Realtor and Top Real Estate Producer for 2011 by D magazine.

Jeff contributes significantly to the success of the team, members of which include his wife, Joan, a top producer and senior vice president of Briggs Freeman, and his daughter, Layne, who has garnered 10 years of experience as a real estate professional. In addition to providing the team with marketing support and overseeing the group’s online efforts, Jeff also serves as part of the sales team. His knowledge of and experience with the most prestigious neighborhoods in the Park Cities and North Dallas augments the group’s consistent success.

A native of Charlotte, North Carolina, and a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, Jeff has been actively involved in the community and area philanthropies since moving to Dallas in 1970. He counts Habitat for Humanity, Genesis Women’s Shelter and Highland Park United Methodist Church as a few of his passions. Jeff has translated his community spirit to his clients over the years and continues this attitude of service and integrity as a key contributor to The Eleazer Group and to Briggs Freeman.
