The Hyer Preschool Association (HPA) is an organization of families with young children - infants through kindergarten - who live in the Robert S. Hyer district of the Highland Park ISD. Throughout the year the HPA hosts monthly member meetings and organizes children's parties, playgroups, parties for incoming kindergarteners, mom's nights out, and parent mixers. Membership is open to all mothers in the Hyer district with infants through children entering Kindergarten in Fall 2015.
