For Holly Bock Deason, real estate success is founded upon one simple equation: education plus experience equals expertise.

Holly graduated from Southern Methodist University with a degree in business and a concentration in real estate and finance. That background prepared her to work as a financial analyst before she redirected her career toward her first love: real estate.

Holly’s expertise in the real estate field has been demonstrated since her earliest days. When she launched her career, she was quickly recognized by the company she worked for as Rookie of the Year for the Southwest Region. In that first year, she closed $12 million in sales, earning her recognition as top dollar-volume producer for the region. She followed that success by garnering even more accolades as a multi-million dollar producer each year.

Her experience in real estate began long before she started her formal real estate career, however. As a Dallas native, Holly has watched the changing landscape in Dallas architecture, art and history. That experience has led her to understand that one fundamental that hasn’t changed is the importance of owning real estate. She knows that buying a home is more than just a transaction: it’s the creation of a life of experiences and opportunities for her clients.

Holly’s own experiences as a homeowner have driven that point home. She has bought, built or renovated several Dallas homes of her own. That invaluable, hands-on project management honed her eye and helped her see the potential in properties in a way others may overlook.

Holly’s own personal and professional networking pursuits provide her with community contacts that are essential to real estate success. She actively serves as a fundraiser and driving force in several of Dallas’s charitable organizations. She has worked on behalf of the Dallas Museum of Art Junior Associates group and has served on the prestigious Cattle Baron’s Ball Committee, raising money for the American Cancer Society.

Holly is also invested in the education of her four children – a major undertaking as each attends a different school: St. Mark’s, Hockaday, Parish and Greenhill.
