Edgemere senior living community is pleased to announce Mona De La Torre as human resources director. John Falldine, managing director of Edgemere, made the announcement.

“We are excited to welcome Mona to our team here at Edgemere,” said Falldine. “She has 32 years of experience in the human resources industry, including continuing care retirement communities and the health care industry overall. Her proven track record and her professionalism will make her a tremendous asset.”

Prior to joining Edgemere, De La Torre served as human resources coordinator at another area continuing care retirement community where she was responsible for human resources, payroll and employee-related functions for more than 500 employees and more than 200 private duty sitters. In her role at Edgemere, De La Torre will be responsible for coordinating and managing personnel and human resources administration for the community.
