Lake Highlands resident Olivia Lewis made her debut at the 29th annual Dallas Symphony Orchestra League Presentation Ball on February 7 at the Morton H. Meyerson Symphony Center.

Olivia Caroline Lewis is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Vernon B. Lewis, III of Dallas. She is the granddaughter of Maj. Gen. (Ret'd) and Mrs. Vernon B. Lewis Jr. and the late Mr. and Mrs. Hawley C. Allen, Jr. Olivia has one sister, Miss Amelia Lewis.

Olivia is pursuing a degree in Early Childhood Education with a minor in Art.  She has had the honor of being chosen as a founding member of Texas Tech's curriculum committee for Elementary Art Education tours on Tech's campus.  She will be involved in developing age appropriate curriculum based upon the numerous art and sculpture installations on the Tech campus. The curriculum will be used by elementary school students in Lubbock and the surrounding area as they tour the campus.

She is also an active member of the Tech chapter of Women in Business.
