The Greater East Dallas Chamber of Commerce recognized Denise Aver-Phillips with the 2016 Pete Sessions Chairman’s Award at their luncheon on January 19. Aver-Phillips, Vice President of Community Outreach at C. C. Young, has contributed significantly to the chamber’s initiatives through her leadership and professional experience.
