Dana Greenberg

Background:
A Texas native, Dana grew up in Tyler working in the family business, Greenberg's Smoked Turkeys. She is an honors graduate with a degree in business from the University of Texas and further studied at the Institute for Paralegal Training in Philadelphia. She went on to work in major law firms in Dallas and Philadelphia and co-founded the Dallas Area Paralegal Association before taking a position as a credit analyst with the former Republic National Bank in Dallas. Dana has given back to the community by working at the state level for early childhood education reform. She is a current board member of the McKinney Avenue Contemporary. Little known to many, Dana is an award winning quilter whose work is included in a recently published history of Texas quilts.
Family:
Dana is the proud mother of two wonderful children and considers them her greatest accomplishment.
Her son is a graduate of St. Mark’s School of Texas (’00), Rennselaer Polytechnic Institute (’03), and received a PhD in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University (’09). He and his wife reside in Scottsdale.
Dana’s daughter is a graduate of the Hockaday School (’07) and Tufts University (’11). She resides in Boston where she is employed by a large non-profit that administers funds for health programs in developing countries.
