Greystar to handle leasing efforts for the loft-style apartments at Sylvan | Thirty, the new mixed-use development at the crossroads of North Oak Cliff and West Dallas; Oak Cliff resident Blake Peery selected as on-site property manager
Sylvan | Thirty development partners, Oaxaca Interests and Wood Partners, have selected Greystar Real Estate Partners to handle apartment leasing and property management at the highly anticipated mixed-use development, located at the crossroads of North Oak Cliff and West Dallas. Greystar is the largest operator of apartments in the United States.
Additionally, Oak Cliff resident Blake M. Peery has been selected as the on-site property manager over the development, which will feature 201 studio, one- and two-bedroom loft-style apartments, many with impressive downtown views.
