The Caruth Hills & Homeplace Neighborhood Association was founded in late 2005 as a Texas non-profit corporation to serve as a vehicle for neighborhood enhancement and protection for residents of the original Caruth Hills and Caruth Homeplace additions situated in both Dallas and University Park, Texas.
