Angie Nelson
Angie Nelson graduated from Oklahoma State University in Stillwater, Oklahoma and has accrued over sixteen years of experience in farm and ranch real estate. Her early efforts would eventually become the catalyst for the farm and ranch division of a property broker headquartered in Plano, Texas. She was in charge of land acquisitions and has completed over $45 million in transactions. She has owned several ranches herself and been in charge of a number of ranch estate developments. She has a long line of cattle raising in her family, which started with her great grandfather running Herefords in western Oklahoma and continued with her father’s Registered Hereford cattle operation in southern Oklahoma.
Angie served on the Collin County Open Space Bond Committee, the election campaign committee for President George W. Bush in 2000 and 2004, and is a former member of the City of Plano Heritage Commission. Additionally, she is a graduate of Leadership Plano, Class XV and contributed her time and talent to the Plano Independent School District Mentor Program. Currently a member of the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors and the Texas Cattlemen’s Association, she holds a real estate broker’s license for the states of Texas and Oklahoma.
