Susan Baldwin goes to the limit to find answers for her clients. An out-of-the-box thinker, she does not always take the most common approach. One time, she went directly to the title company’s attorney for needed answers on behalf of her seller, which “smoothed the deal.” She is decisive, forthcoming, and forceful – with a friendliness that gives you confidence.
This kind of follow-through and problem-solving is typical of Susan. Her naturally calming nature belies her “I’m going to get the deal done” mentality, which she brings to all of her clients and their transactions.
This attitude, along with being detail oriented and numbers savvy, has garnered her great success as well as the title of senior vice president at Briggs Freeman Sotheby's International Realty, where she has been an associate for the past seven years. From the beginning there, she has partnered with Ginger Nobles, also a senior vice president and a real estate veteran for over 30 years. Their combined talents and experiences make them consistent top producers for the company.
A graduate of the University of Texas at Austin with a degree in accounting, Susan brings to real estate her financial acumen and the experience working for a prestigious accounting firm. Later graduating from SMU Law School, she practiced law in Dallas for over 10 years.
Susan then moved with her husband and family to Darien, Connecticut, and returned four years later to Dallas. This gave her invaluable knowledge about the vicissitudes of corporate relocation – and about how to smooth the process for her own corporate clients. She and her husband have also renovated and sold several homes, additional experience that she uses in helping clients do the same.
Having lived in Dallas for over 20 years, Susan specializes along with Ginger in the Park Cities, Bluffview, Preston Hollow and north Dallas areas, as well as Southlake. Their partnership has generated sales in all price ranges, from $200,000 to the highest published sale to date in the metroplex, listed at $22,500,000 in 2007.
Susan is committed to community service and is active in Park Cities schools, the Junior League of Dallas, her church, and also in book, garden and investment clubs. She is married to Jim Baldwin, an attorney, and they live in the Park Cities with their two teenage children.
