David Leachman is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin where he obtained a B.S. in Finance. Before college, David attended Bradfield Elementary in Highland Park, The Greenhill Preparatory School in North Dallas and the Lawrenceville Prep School in New Jersey.

David began his business career in the banking sector in the mid 80’s working primarily in the financial sector. He joined Briggs-Freeman in 1994 and has been a Top Producer since that time. He has teamed with a known Park Cities builder over the last five years to assist in all facets of his remodeled and new construction projects. Armed with this type of expertise in the financial and construction areas, David is able to offer advice to his clients that is unique and invaluable to the residential real estate industry.

As a fourth generation Dallasite, David was born and raised in the areas in which Briggs-Freeman specializes. These areas include Preston Hollow, Park Cities, Bluffview, Greenway Parks and the Lakewood area.

David makes sure that service and integrity are involved in all his business relationships, and those who have been fortunate enough to work with David always part with a great friend.
