Bettie Hager first began “selling” Dallas as director of a successful city tour company. Since 1985, she has applied those promotional skills to residential real estate, sharing her in-depth knowledge of Dallas history, residential growth and development, real estate investment trends, educational options, and cultural opportunities with her clients.
Whether searching for or marketing property, her years of experience in the Park Cities, Bluffview, Preston Hollow, Turtle Creek and the luxury neighborhoods of North Dallas and Plano give her clients a distinct advantage. She is recognized as an Historic House Specialist by Preservation Dallas and has extensive personal and professional experience in new construction, remodeling, landscaping and redevelopment. As a member of the prestigious Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council, she is especially qualified to assist buyers and to help sellers present their properties for market.
Bettie holds both undergraduate and master’s degrees from Southern Methodist University. She has lived and owned property in Dallas, the Park Cities and Preston Hollow for 40 years. Married and the mother of two adult children, she has served on the boards of several distinguished private schools and numerous charities. Combined with years of community service, her roots run deep and her love of the Dallas Metroplex is apparent to everyone she meets.
Clients give Bettie high marks for her knowledge, negotiating skills, sales techniques, professionalism and genuine concern for their well being. When asked the secret to her success, she quickly answered, “My clients’ goals are always foremost in my mind. I strive to deliver extraordinary service and to make real estate experiences successful for those who entrust me with their business.”
