Westmount Realty Capital, LLC, a commercial real estate development and investment management company, is pleased to announce that Steve Wolff has joined the company as Senior Director – Industrial Acquisitions. Wolff will play an integral role in growing Westmount’s industrial portfolio by seeking out investment opportunities in Texas and the Southwest.

Before joining Westmount, Wolff was the chief acquisitions officer and strategic finance director of Pacific Century Holdings in Los Angeles. In this role, he led acquisition efforts for a geographically diversified portfolio of high-value commercial real estate assets valued at $50 million.

Prior to joining Pacific Century Holdings, Wolff was the industrial and office division director of Stan Johnson Company in Los Angeles where he advised private equity, high-net-worth and institutional clients on their disposition and acquisition requirements nationally. He assisted private equity and institutional clients with fund raising on local, regional and national projects.

Before joining Stan Johnson Company, Wolff was an industrial investment sales specialist and senior vice president of the industrial division of NAI Global, Investment Services Group in Dallas. In this role, he specialized in investment sales of industrial properties totaling more than $3 million and assisted investor clients in raising and procuring equity to complete acquisitions.

Wolff holds real estate sales licenses in both Texas and California and is an active member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Professional (NAIOP). He holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Southern Methodist University. Wolff is a board member for Youth Believing in Change (YBC), currently volunteers for Habitat for Humanity and is an active "big brother" at ComfortZone Camp, a nonprofit organization that helps children who have experienced the death of a parent, sibling or caregiver.
