Westmount Realty Capital, LLC is pleased to announce that commercial real estate executive Michael Anderson has been promoted to the position of Managing Director-Acquisitions. Anderson has been instrumental in building out the acquisition team and expanding the multifamily investment initiative for Westmount in the state of Texas.

“In addition to remaining focused on increasing our multifamily presence in the Texas market, Michael will be leading the charge in expanding Westmount’s footprint into other select markets within the Southwest,” said Clifford Booth, president and CEO of Westmount.  “His years of experience in multifamily valuation and transactions in Texas and the southern United States includes 30,000 units totaling more than $2 billion in cumulative value.” 

Anderson graduated from Texas A&M University with a master's in land economics and real estate and holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Harding University.  He is a member of The Real Estate Council and is a Licensed Texas Real Estate Broker.
