Westmount Realty Capital (Westmount) is pleased to announce that Brian Hebb has been hired as managing director for the company’s acquisitions team. Hebb brings to Westmount considerable experience in investment banking for commercial real estate, including managing and raising capital.

Prior to his role as managing director at Westmount, Hebb spent eight years as the managing director at NorthStar Realty Finance Corp. (NYSE: NRF) where he was responsible for investments across all commercial property types. He also managed foreclosures and property recapitalizations totaling $674 million across 16 transactions.

Hebb was previously a director at New York Life Investment Management, LLC. His prior real estate investment banking experience also includes positions with Goldman, Sachs & Co. in New York and Torode Realty in Calgary, Canada. Hebb received his M.B.A. from Columbia Business School in New York and his bachelor’s from the University of Western Ontario.
