Again this year, the University Park Public Library is honored to host an exhibit of this year's La Fiesta de las Seis Banderas Duchess gowns.  These gowns were worn by the duchesses on Saturday, June 10, 2017 at the La Fiesta Gala.

The gowns will be displayed throughout the library through Saturday, June 24, 2017, during regular Library Hours.  The University Park Public Library is located at the Plaza at Preston Center and is open 10am to 8pm Tuesday through Thursday and from 10am to 5pm on Friday and Saturday.

To further celebrate having the dresses at the Library, some special events are planned.  On Saturday, June 17nd at 2pm, dukes and duchesses will be able to make their crowns or tiaras.  On Tuesday, June 20th at 2pm, puppeteer Sandy Shrout will present "The Princess and the Pea," a fun story about what it means to be a real princess. These events are free and open to the public.
