Hello from A F R I C A. Pete and I just arrived and are excited to embark on our second African safari together! Today I want to feature everything I packed for our luxury safari in Tanzania. Think of this like the ultimate guide on maximizing all of the pieces that you will pack. Not going on a safari? These items still make excellent outfits for visiting a ranch, going hiking or and an outdoor adventure. And don't worry, I will have a full debrief about our trip once we are back. Below I have some mix and match outfit ideas to get the most out of what I have packed. The key is to bring neutrals that are both insect repellent and UPF sun-protectant. This will give you the most protection possible. This time of year, the weather is hot and dry, so packing lightweight pieces and layers is a must. Also, while we go out on game drives twice a day, there is plenty of downtime, so I have shown you how to style pieces for both safari and for relaxing.
